There is an adjustment period that your skin must go through before the product will start to work. The strongest acne medication is Accutane, which is taken orally. There are quite a few side effects associated with Accutane and it certainly isn't right for everyone.

When shopping for the best acne medication you should consider your skin type and read product labels carefully.
