Of course, if you fry your vegetables in unhealthy fat they will be unhealthy. Steam or bake your foods. Microwaving is also a healthy option. When you do need to use fat, go for olive or grapeseed oil which may actually be beneficial for the skin and body when used in moderation. Hydration is key for healthy skin. Aim for eight glasses of water each day. You can substitute green tea for some of those glasses as it is very good for you. Green tea contains beneficial antioxidants essential for good health.
